Family Ties operates a Fair Trade policy . ALL Trades are guaranteed by the Guild .
 
We want our guild name to remain in good standing which is why all Trades,Crafting and Enchants are guaranteed against scams .
 
Any of our members found scamming WILL be kicked immediately upon suitable proof being given to us .
 
Suitable proof consists of screenshots of the trade and chat dialogs . Transcripts are not acceptable .
 
Upon reciept of hard proof the mats will be returned or another member will get your crafted item for you .
 
 
What to do if you get scammed
 
 
Screenshot your chat dialog immediately and contact us either ingame or through this website via a PM to Ardman . We need to know what time it happened, where and the members name and what went wrong .We will take it from there.
 
We wont just hand out gold to anybody who says X member scammed me for this WITHOUT hard proof.
